Shipping Policy

We ship across India from our atelier, with select international destinations served on request. Every order is packed by hand in recycled, recyclable materials.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times and costs (India)

• Metro cities: 2–4 working days · ₹150 (free over ₹5,000)
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 working days · ₹250 (free over ₹5,000)
• Remote pin codes: 5–8 working days · ₹400

International delivery

• South & Southeast Asia: 5–8 working days · ₹2,500
• Europe, UK, Middle East: 6–10 working days · ₹4,500
• United States, Canada, rest of world: 7–12 working days · ₹6,000

Duties and taxes

All prices on the site are inclusive of GST for orders delivered within India. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

All shipments are fully tracked. Orders above ₹10,000 require a signature on delivery. If you are not available, the carrier will leave a card with collection instructions.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, contact hello@bundle24.shop and we will investigate with the carrier.
